Everything you need to know about booking our artist entertainer/s for your event. All of our terms and conditions are clear as possible so you know exactly what to expect.
Please do ask questions if needed, we aim to build a great long lasting relationship!
Fees (these prices are per artist booked)
For face painting the cost is $125 per hour. (with a two hour minimum) Your artist can paint approximately 8-12 full face or 15-20 small eye/cheek designs per hour depending on the intricacy of the designs. If you have a theme for your event please do explain at the time of booking what the theme is, and also if you are looking to service more guests in the time with simple designs or have fancier designs that may result in less guests served. We will do our best to accommodate your needs with “special to your event” design menu boards.
For glitter bar services the cost starts at $100 per hour. (with a two hour minimum) Your artist can decorate approximately 15-20 people per hour with this service. We can add on full face rhinestone masks as an option to go along with this and also offer blacklight paint as an add on as well. The cost for add ons will be negotiated per event.
For glitter tattoo services the cost is $125 per hour. (with a two hour minimum) Your artist can give out approximately 20-25 glitter tattoos per hour with this service. This is a great option in inclement weather as glitter tattoos stay on for 1-3 days and are weather proof during that time. There may be options for choosing themed glitter tattoos available for an add on fee. Please ask if you would like to choose this option and I will see what is available and the costs as it would be different per client’s need.
For hair tinsel and or feathering services the cost will be negotiated per event.
Be sure to book your time accordingly to avoid leaving anyone out. Do not ask us to disappoint any guests due to lack of time booked, we will stick to our scheduling. Sometimes we have an event booked right after yours and might not be able to stay past the time contracted. However, if you exceed the time booked and we are agreeable and available to stay, it will be charged in half hour increments at $75 per half hour. Client will pay for the time booked plus overrun, even if Client has delayed the time we start the actual painting.
We strongly suggest proving some form of a line manager for your event if it is larger. You are welcome to manage your line as you wish. Some events pass out tickets or have sign up sheets. Small events usually work well with a responsible person taking charge. Your artist will be busy providing service and will not be expected to manage the line. If you would like to book a line manager for your event we can offer that service as an add on at $40 per hour booked.

The artists will arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start of events to become orientated and set up. Any time extra then this 15 min which it takes to set up will be taken from the time available for providing services. Please have a shaded space available if outdoors or a designated area indoors available for prompt setup. Cancellations, Refunds, and Reschedules

People with skin allergies or sensitive skin should not participate. If there are questions the artist is happy to perform a patch test at the beginning of the party.
